Due to the nature of digital media we do not offer refunds at this time. We are a small company and cant afford the chance of users making a purchase with intent to download and get refunded. Paypal will also not give refunds on digital items per their user agreement 11.5.

11.5 Items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller protection. The following are examples of items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller protection.

Claims or Chargebacks for Significantly Not as Described.
Items that you deliver in person, including at a retail point of sale.
Intangible items, including Digital Goods, and services.
PayPal Direct Payments.
Virtual Terminal Payments.
PayPal Business Payments.
Items that are not shipped to the recipient address. If you originally ship the item to the recipient address but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal Seller protection. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery.

WordPress is web platform you can use to create a beautiful website or blog. We agree with WordPress.org when they say that “WordPress is both free and priceless at the same time”.

No because on WordPress.com you can’t run a custom theme and can’t upload plugins. With our theme you’ll need you own hosting not the one WordPress.com provides.

To keep our prices down we do not include support in the price or our themse. Most users will never need support so its not fair to make them pay for it. We do offer a free to use community forum but if you need more help than you can get in the forum we do offer premium support which you may purchase from your client area.

Yes, I try to make editing images easy. Each image may be easily edited with any graphic software.

Yes, you are free to change the designs in any way that you like.

No, I do not require that you retain the credit links, however, it is much appreciated!

You need to download and install the optiontree plugin.

We have removed all the theme that are in need of an update. All themes will be open for download once they get a much needed update.
